Help halt domestic violence - police chief

FANCISTOWN: Shashe-mooke residents have been urged to help stop domestic violence in the country.

Threats to kill were also recorded, of which 26 involved men and two women.

"It shows that women are the most affected when it comes to domestic violence," Makobo lamented. He said that domestic violence can be caused by a lot of things and women are the ones who are left mourning in the end. He said in a relationship one may find that one lacks economic support and when the partner starts to abuse them they cannot go anywhere since they are dependent on the abuser.
