Has govt thought Khama's initiatives through?

It has not been long since the government, under President Ian Khama, introduced number of interventions to address problems and challenges facing the nation.

One a such intervention is the recruitment of graduates into the public service and that those who fail to get jobs will be given living allowances.

That is quite laudable. But does Government know the magnitude of the problems and the scale of resources needed to accomplish these noble initiatives?
