Good samaritan to the rescue of poor mother

SELEBI-PHIKWE: It was all smiles for the Ditshotlo family here when they received a donation in the form of children's clothing from a Good Samaritan last week.

The donation followed an article in The Monitor about the plight of the family last month. Expressing her gratitude, Dimpho Ditshotlo (28) - who is living with albinism - said the donation would go a long way in protecting her children from the elements.

All three children were given shoes and T-shirts and their mother some winter clothing and a handbag. Even so, Ditshotlo said their circumstances still remain abject.
