Gardener pleads guilty to P3.9 million theft

Former Zimbabwean gardener, Bhekizwe Nkomazana facing several counts including alleged theft of P3.9 million from his late boss, Solomon Tlhapane has pleaded guilty to all 10 counts.

Appearing before Broadhurst Magistrate’s Court, Nkomazana after the charge sheet was read, agreed to have forged documents of the late Tlhapane acting jointly with other accused persons defrauded him his properties and hindered him proper burial.

Other 12 accused persons pleaded not guilty to all counts.
