Francistown street name changes underway

FRANCISTOWN: Consultations are ongoing between the Francistown City Council (FCC) and communities to rename streets, name the new airport and stadium after local heroes, the just ended full council meeting action statement said.

 

Councillors have during the last several council meetings shown through motions that they would like to rename streets in the city, especially in the CBD.
