Fly-by-night estate agents out - REIB chief

President of the Real Estate Institute of Botswana (REIB) Montshwari Mooketsi made the charge when addressing the Mooketsi revealed that some members connive with dubious agents to defraud the public. He warned that REIB members who paid unregistered agents commission for property would be regarded as accomplices. "The enemy can only be defeated through collective efforts by the institute, members of the public and law enforcement agencies," he said.

He told the meeting that unregistered agents remained a major concern because members of the public were losing their money.
