First Capital hosts successful cattle breeding, quality seminar

First Capital Bank in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture and Botswana University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (BUAN) recently hosted a seminar on breeding cattle for economic growth and sustainability in Gaborone.

The seminar brought together agriculture experts, thought leaders, and industry professionals to share insights and best practices on sustainable livestock farming practices.

The seminar was a resounding success with over 160 attendees gaining valuable knowledge and networking opportunities. There was a diverse line-up of speakers at the seminar who included Dr Julieta Fernandez Madero from Argentina, Ernest Janovsky from South Africa, and Professor Othusitse R Madibela, the acting deputy Vice Chancellor, Academic Affairs and Research at BUAN.
