FCTVE faces high staff turnover

FRANCISTOWN: Deputy Principal (Resources) of FCTVE Gabatshwaiwe Phorego says that they are currently facing a high turn over of staff in the college.

Speaking at the tour of the college by representatives of the member states of the European Union resident in Botswana accompanying the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Phandu Skelemani on Monday at FCTVE, Phorego said the college is currently experiencing a problem of shortage of staff.

He argued that since the college was opened in October 10 2008 they have been having a problem of their staff quitting work at the college in high numbers.
