Francistown deputy mayor Joyce Ndove, who is a commissioner in GL, came out spitting venom saying she was disappointed at the way the FCC treated the event, which took place between March 24 and 28.
She said it has become apparent that the council and councillors were not keen to participate in events that have anything to do with BALA.
The BDP as a party known to have ample resources has always held its primaries well in time, but this time around that was not the case. The first leg of the primaries was held last weekend, with the final leg being billed for the coming weekend. This time around, the BDP failed to shine in its primary elections.
