FRANCISTOWN: An 86-year-old farmer allegedly hung himself in his room in Tutume. Police have indicated that he did not leave a suicide note.

Tutume Police Station commander, Superintendent Lesego Kgosiemang told The Monitor that the deceased was found by one of his children hanging from the rafters of his room.

“The deceased allegedly used a rope to hang himself. According to other family members, the deceased did not show any signs of being emotionally unstable or signs of someone capable of committing suicide.”
