Ex-prison warder convicted for father's murder

LOBATSE: Former prison warder Agisanyang Motukwa and two of his friends, Daniel Sime and Gaolatlhe Thusang have been convicted of killing his father.

Though the case was heard and determined by Justice Michael Leburu of the Lobatse High Court, his colleague, Justice Mercy Garekwe, read the judgment on Friday. 

Leburu found that the state had proven its case beyond reasonable doubt against Motukwa and his co-accused, Sime and Thusang. The three went to Lobatse as free men but never returned as security agents immediately pounced on them after the verdict.
