Essential services workers finally go to court

LOBATSE: Dismissed essential services workers yesterday packed the Lobatse Magistrate Court challenging their dismissal before Judge Key Dingake.

The case was held at a Magistrate Court to accommodate the multitudes of members of the Botswana Federation of Public Sector Unions (BOFEPUSU) who filled two courtrooms.

Advocate Martin Brassey, representing the unions told the court that they seek an order reviewing and setting aside the dismissal of the former public officers.
