A partnership between Engen Botswana and DHL Express was unveiled on October 16 at Lansmore Hotel in Gaborone. The partnership will kick-start with a pilot project named “Express Easy” in six Engen service stations around Gaborone.

“Express Easy” is a service that will give customers access to global express services on a 24-hour basis at Engen service stations. Customers can now send their parcels or documents locally and internationally at anytime by simply walking into a nearby Engen.

This is a great way the multinational companies are offering their valued customers convenience and affordable rates. “Botswana is the second country to try out this project after Namibia,” said Engen Southern Africa Marketing and Communications Manager Khanyi Mamba. According to Engen Botswana Managing Director, Chimweta Monga, the six service stations, which will take part in the pilot project are Engen Bontleng, Western by-pass, Nko ya Phiri, Commerce Park, Pula and Phakalane. He further noted that, “This is an exclusive business arrangement between the two  ompanies and they hope it will be long term.”
