End in sight for UB allowances dispute

The showdown between the Ministry of Education and University of Botswana (UB) students over allowances is likely to come to an end today when the Court of Appeal determines the matter.

The appeal was heard on Monday by Justices Michael Ramodibedi, Craig Telfer Howie and John Godfrey Froxcrost and a decision is due today.
