Election 'fifth columnists' worry Domkrag

FRANCISTOWN: The ruling Botswana Democratic Party (BDP) primary elections, also known as Bulela-di-Tswe, have created more rifts in the party than expected, Mmegi has established.

The Minister of Defence, Justice and Security and MP for Serowe North East, Ramadeluka Seretse told Mmegi on Monday that he was dismayed by some members who turned against the party because of their dissatisfaction with the outcome of primary elections.

Ramadeluka says some vengeful party members resorted to rallying behind opposition parties when their favourite candidates lost in the primaries.
