Former Kgatleng District Council (KDC) chairman, and Botswana Congress Party (BCP) councillor for Malolwane Stephen Makhura, revealed this at KDC. He stated that the employer reserves the right to retain those who can be retained looking at the exigency of the service. KDC made its presentation before the Ministry of Local Government's Early Exit Board concerning its 20 applicants last month.
