In an effort to reduce the number of road accidents, the Ministry of Transport and Communications is considering a new traffic regulation to force motorists to drive with their headlights on during the day.

The Minister of Transport and Communications, Nonofo Molefhi told journalists at his office this week that he has noticed that some motorists drive with park lights at dawn.
