Double murder accused, Daniel Phadisa, has bemoaned the slow progress made by the prosecution in its investigations in his case.

This is after his remand of warrant was extended on the basis that the prosecution had not wrapped up its investigations. 

Appearing before Broadhurst magistrate, Gaseitsewe Tonoki, Phadisa said he is concerned that the prosecution is taking long to complete its investigations.
