Doing it 'Khama style'

The senior managers at the beautiful African Home and Restaurant Lodge along Nyerere Drive were left frustrated in their bid to "knock some sense into their Ethiopian boss, Hinok Naraya, on Saturday after he told them to forget it because he "is running his lodge the Ian Khama style".

The Monitor sources said the manager uttered the words when the senior employees approached him privately, urging him to change his management style after telling three workers to pack and go and refusing to pay them overtime on Friday.
