The Attorney General’s (AG) Chambers have filed a review application before the court in a case involving former Botswana Defence Force (BDF) employees who were dismissed for allegedly contravening the military’s Policy on Fraternisation and Sexual Harassment.

Before Gaborone High Court, Justice Zein Kebonang, the state yesterday said that with the review application, they sought to object the manner in which other cited respondents in the matter were joined into the proceedings.

Represented by Tshepo Kgaswanyane, the State’s  main contention is that the couple was dismissed by the BDF Commander, therefore there was no reason at all to join the other parties who included the Deputy Commander and two Lieutenant Colonels.
