DIS declines to investigate BDC

According to sources close to the BDC scandal, the Chinese involved in the project were not cooperative to investigators regarding the origin of some payments but when investigators approached DIS the explanation was that it did not have the capacity to assist in the investigations.
Contacted for comment, DIS Director General Colonel Isaac Kgosi, who is out of the country on an official trip unleashed his programmed response; "I'm in a meeting, and you guys know very well that we do not discuss these issues with the media!" Some of the payments were made from China and unknown places abroad, but the Chinese involved were not very cooperative. In some instances, it is said, they presented documents written in Chinese to the investigators, while there were payments made for procurement of goods and/or services that were never delivered.
