Following a summit co-hosted by the Government of Botswana and the National Democratic Institute (NDI), participants declared on Friday they affirm and commit to promoting and defending principles of constitutionalism and enhancing democratic consolidation.

The summit provided delegates with an opportunity to deliberate and exchange views on constitutional rule, democracy and good governance.
