Debswana employees donate P350,000 to assist communities during COVID-19

Employees have so far donated various items ranging from cash, sanitizers, thermometers, Jojo tanks, hand wash basins, food hampers and toiletries at villages such as Xhumo, Makoba, Xere, Rakops, Mosu, Maboane, Maokane, Betesankwe, Tsonyane, Kedia Primary School and Sese Primary School.

Head of Corporate Affairs at Debswana Rachel Mothibatsela, said this gesture is a true example of Debswana employees living the Company Values. “Our Values embody who we are, why we exist and what we believe in. The Debswana Values are our culture, and during this pandemic, we have witnessed the perfect example of our ‘Show We Care’ value brought to life,” she said.
