Debswana 461 case delayed

Confusion between the former legal team for Botswana Mine Workers Union, Boko, Motlhala, Rabashwa, Ketshabile Attorneys and the team of Lerumo Mogobe Legal Practitioners delayed court proceedings by a day.

An affidavit that was submitted by Debswana lawyers, Collins Newman & Co in October last year to the court and the firm of Boko, Motlhala, Rabashwa, Ketshabile Attorneys was reportedly left out in the case file passed to Lerumo Mogobe legal practitioners. 

Early on Tuesday morning, Lerumo Mogobe said they were not aware of the affidavit.
