DC's pet committee dissolved after much brouhaha

So serious was the brouhaha that by noon, when Batawana dispersed, NGALOCOCO, or the Ngamiland Local Coordinating Committee, a pet creature of District Commissioner (DC) Bernadette Malala, was dissolved. Though she was not present, Malala found herself the centre of unenviable attention after the Village Development Committees called the meeting to air their concerns that they were being sidelined by NGALOCOCO.
The meeting crystallised into a confluence of concern when members of the royal family and their subjects made similar complaints. As tempers flared at the tribal arena, charges of arrogance and lack of respect for bogosi (the tribal leadership) were levelled against Malala and the committee.
