The construction of the road comes at a time when major development projects such as the construction of the College of Applied Arts and Technology and the Sub-Land Board offices are taking place in Oodi. Meanwhile, the current road between Mmamashia and Malolwane which passes through Oodi and Modipane will be maintained to patch-up the potholes.
