Data on climate change is too complex -BOCONGO

In an interview with The Monitor recently, Phatsimo Mokgalo said it was a fact that Botswana was experiencing the effects of climate change, but most Batswana did not know what caused it or how best to mitigate them or adapt. "Information dissemination on the subject is very vital," Mokgalo said.
"But now even some educated people in civic society are neither confident nor knowledgeable enough to inform ordinary people about it because the language on this subject is too scientific. Just how does one stand in a Kgotla meeting and explain this?"
