The epic Daisy Loo case was postponed again yesterday after it failed to get a new judicial officer to preside over it as agreed during the last court proceeding.

The case, which has been in court since 2006, was indefinitely put off as defence attorneys, Duma Boko and Joao Salbany were absent. Salbany is said to be admitted in hospital.

The case involves a controversial tender in which the government claims to have been defrauded of P21million in a claim for a tender to clear a bush in the Segoditshane area. The accused persons are Daisy Loo, its manager Moemedi Dijeng, Frank Molaletsi, Frank Stegling, Gilbert Sithole and Bitshang Abby.
