Court reserves sentence in tyres theft case

FRANCISTOWN: Three men have admitted to stealing tyres and rims amounting to around P40, 000 from transport companies, Unitrans Botswana and Lobtrans.

The three men pleaded guilty before senior magistrate Thato Mujaji. The recovered tyres were brought to court in trucks from the two companies, as exhibits.

Peter Mlilo, Moses Mwangala and Noel Tsoko are accused of stealing tyres and rims worth over P32, 000 from Unitrans Botswana and other tyres worth about P7, 000 from Lobtrans.
