Chief Magistrate Gabanagae Mokwadi told court that he is now forced to set a trail date as Syllus Bobo has failed to bring his legal advisor before court, as promised.

Bobo is facing a single count of stealing by servant. The charge sheet says that Bobo, a former employee at Rutwang Junior School in Tonota, stole items worth P2, 000.
Bobo, who by then was an employee of Clifton school in Francistown, stole a tent bag, mosquito net and 54 tent pegs.
