Court finds 5 guilty in CMS fraud case

*But 3 get away as state fails to establish their guilt
* Sentencing to be delivered this week

Five men involved in the P21 million Central Medical Stores scam have been found guilty by the High Court Judge, Lot Moroka, who returned to the Magistrate  Court to finish the long running fraud case he has been over seeing for years, before he was appointed High Court Judge.

Norman Maja, Bushy Nthibo, David Tumagole, Abram Marumo and Patrick Cole were all charged with four counts of obtaining money by false pretences from Botswana government. The other three Aaron Babolele, Lebogang Kaisara and Clement Molefhe got a sigh of relieve after Moroka found that the state failed to establish their guilt.
