Court confirms Chilume's conviction, sentence

In 2010, Monkemedi Chilume was convicted and sentenced by a Selebi-Phikwe magistrate to 10 years in jail for unlawfully having carnal knowledge of his niece who was 16 years old in 2009.
The offence was committed at Chilume's sister's house, where he had been accommodated over night. He knew the girl to be mentally retarded.
