For the second week running, the Government Gazette has run a notice of sale in execution for the specially-elected councillor's business.

According to the notice, this follows the successful application of creditors First National Bank against P.C. Investments and Patrick Cyril Manthe. However, Manthe, who hails from Mmopane says there will be no such auctioning of his property. Infact, he says the matter was sorted out immediately after the first appearance of the notice of sale.
