Cops soilders claim torture at DISS

Just six months after it came into being, the DISS has been accused of torturing suspects using ghastly and dehumanising methods.
To make matters worse, it is no ordinary citizen making the accusations. The DISS is said to have tortured four members of the security forces. Two soldiers and two policemen say they were beaten to a pulp and left for dead at a torture chamber at the offices of DISS.
