Controversial Balebetse speaks out

FRANCISTOWN: A controversial wheelchair-bound man has decided to come clean - about his disability status, his criminal record and his recent interrogation by the Directorate on Intelligence Services (DIS).

Twenty nine-year-old Tebogo Balebetse wheeled himself into Mmegi offices last week and demanded to speak to a reporter about some inhuman treatment at the hands of DIS officers who had been interrogating him.
