Confusion over Tsolamosese land issue

Tsolamosese residents were left in astonishment after Kweneng Sub-Landboard personnel put pegs in their yards, last week.

The residents complained that there was no explanation by the landboard why the pegs were placed in their compounds.  They say this left them afraid and confused by the actions.

"I am afraid that we might be evicted from our homes.  I don't know what to do or what is happening.  Landboard people just came here and put pegs all over my home.  They did not tell me what was going on.  I went to the landboard but could not get a valid response or atleast be told why my home was infested with those pegs," says Merriam Ramoeti, a resident of Tsolamosese.
