Kwelagobe is on a countrywide tour of the party structures. In his welcome address at the BDP National Council meeting last week, he said that of all the four regions that he has been to, the party structures are wobbling, while in some places they are non-existent.

"I have been to four regions so far and I can tell you that ga go monate in what is happening and what is not happening. The BDP members in the regions have told me the structures are dead. Bare ga di tshele. In our area, they said only the branch is alive, whilst wards and cells do not exist at all," he said.
