CMS fraud accused gets three years

One of the accused persons in the Central Medical Stores (CMS) P17 million fraud case, Kgomotso Seloka, was slapped with a three-year jail sentence yesterday.

Seloka, who had pleaded guilty to all the three counts, was sentenced by the Gaborone Principal Magistrate, Faith Dlamini-Ngandu. 

On the first charge, he was sentenced to four years imprisonment with two years suspended on condition that he is not convicted of a similar offence within three years.
