CMS accused lambasts investigating officer

One of the accused persons in the P21 million Central Medical Store fraud case, Jabulani Johnson, has accused the investigating officer of tempering with his remand warrant.

Johnson complained to Village Magistrate, Barnabas Nyamadzabo, that he should have come for mention on Wednesday but never made it to court because "I noticed that my warrant of remand has been tampered with, and upon closer examination, the signatures there were that of the investigating officer".

He further told court that when he inquired about why he was not taken to court on the scheduled date, the officer said he had forgotten about him (Johnson).
