Christmas comes early for SOS children

FRANCISTOWN: Christmas came early for the children of Francistown SOS who were spoiled with Christmas presents from NBL Botswana last week.

Speaking at the celebration, the SOS national director, Motshwari Kitso, thanked NBL for giving the Christmas presents that included clothes, a six-burner stove and a microwave for a house within the shelter named Nokia after the company that built it.  Kitso said he was happy that NBL had finally fulfilled a pledge it made previously that it would sponsor the house annually.

"SOS and NBL have one common goal, which is to look after these unfortunate children so as to build a home for them where they can find peace, solace, love and happiness," he said.
