Charity garden party to honour Royal wedding

In honour of the Royal wedding and of Prince William's personal links to Botswana, the British High Commissioner, Jennifer Anderson will host a charity garden party on Saturday.

According to the British High Commissioner's public affairs department, the party will also be in support of the Mokolodi Nature Reserve in Gaborone, which is supported by the Tusk Trust, a UK conservation charity of which Prince William is patron.

In a press statement the office said the fundraiser is in line with the couples wish that instead of traditional wedding gifts, contributions should be made to the 26 charities that they personally support.
