Case before three judges

Justice Key Dingake of the High Court has been replaced by a three-man bench in the high profile case filed by ruling party secretary general, Gomolemo Motswaledi to challenge his suspension by President Ian Khama. Registrar and Master of the High Court Godfrey Nthomiwa confirmed to Mmegi that a panel of three judges will preside over the mouth watering case.

The three judges according to Nganunu are Isaac Lesetedi, former Attorney General and now judge of the high court Ian Kirby and Chief Justice Julian Nganunu himself.

Under the new system of Judicial case management which is supposed to be an impersonal system cases are understandably allocated to judges as they are registered.
