The BTA directed PTOs on February 8 to reduce their retail tariffs with effect from tomorrow (April 1), while agreeing to comply with the directive, "the PTOs subsequently made representatives to the BTA requesting more time to make the necessary changes on their billing systems and accordingly orientate their staff as well as retail partners on the new tariffs," he said.
