Botswana receives project grants from devt partners

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Relations Pelonomi Venson-Moitoi says her Ministry has received grants from development partners, to be used to fund the country’s national projects.

Presenting her Ministry’s budget, she said that they have also received scholarship offers for both undergraduate and graduate courses in different disciplines from different countries.  She said that the grants will go a long way in contributing towards the socio-economic development.

Further, she said that the Ministry continues to seek employment opportunities for Batswana at regional and international organisations like Southern African Development Community (SADC), the African Union (AU), the Commonwealth and the United Nations (UN).
