Delivering the Occasional Speech at Taung Primary School, BOTEPCO Registrar, Dingalo, highlighted that the event celebrated academic excellence and the critical shift in mindset needed to achieve success. Dingalo underlined the imperative of elevating the teaching profession through bodies like BOTEPCO, aimed at supporting educators in steering students towards excellence. Emphasising the distinction between fixed and growth mindsets, he illustrated how beliefs impact one's trajectory towards success or failure, advocating for a growth mindset that values the learning process, embraces challenges, and fosters continuous development through positive language.
