Australian-listed energy company, Botala Energy Ltd, has announced plans to make a secondary listing on the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE). The official listing date has been confirmed and approved for November 22, 2023, marking a significant milestone for the company.

Botala Energy Ltd will list all of its issued shares on the foreign main board of the BSE in accordance with the Listings Requirements. This move allows the company to expand its reach and potentially attract new investors in the Botswana market.
