Australian-listed energy company, Botala Energy Ltd, has announced plans to make a secondary listing on the Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE). The official listing date has been confirmed and approved for November 22, 2023, marking a significant milestone for the company.

Botala Energy Ltd will list all of its issued shares on the foreign main board of the BSE in accordance with the Listings Requirements. This move allows the company to expand its reach and potentially attract new investors in the Botswana market.

It is important to note that investments in the company's securities should be considered speculative due to the inherent risks associated with such investments. However, the company emphasises its compliance with the listing requirements and adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements of its primary listing on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The company's market capitalisation is currently $10,885,083, with 145,134,038 common shares issued.
