BOPEU secure alternative financier

The Botswana Public Employees Union (BOPEU) has signed a multimillion-Pula contract with an unnamed fancier.

The deputy vice-president of BOPEU, Masego Mogwera, said on Friday that the financier would be revealed at the union's Fifth General Convention that is scheduled for Lotsane Secondary School in Palapye from December 3-9.

"The name of the fancier cannot be disclosed yet because it is a surprise to our membership," Mogwera said. "We will reveal the name at the convention."
