Boko takes over in case of wrong HIV diagnosis

Renowned lawyer and human rights activist, Duma Boko has been instructed by the Botswana Network on Ethics, Law and HIV/Aids to represent it in a case in which a woman is suing the Botswana government for a wrong HIV diagnosis.

Boko, who is also the chairperson of BONELA, takes over from another BONELA lawyer, Uyapo Ndadi, over the amount to be awarded to their client, Dikgakgamatso Sekgabetlela.
