Boko issues stern warning to Molapise over BCP

The leader of the Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC) Duma Boko yesterday refused to meet the party’s chairperson Motlatsi Molapise and other convenors after he learnt they intended to discuss the Botswana Congress Party’s (BCP) admission into the opposition coalition.

The said meeting was supposed to be held either at Boko or Ndaba Gaolathe’s office. One of the convenors Lebang Mpotokwane said, “We are disappointed because the UDC chairperson, had appointed with the UDC president so that we could discuss house-keeping issues in our party. I cannot disclose the issues that were on the agenda.

I cannot divulge what these issues are. So I can’t confirm nor deny that the BCP was on the agenda”.
