BOFEPUSU snubs Budget Pitso

BOFEPUSU official Johnson Motshwarakgole told Mmegi yesterday that they deliberately stayed away from the meet because they did not want to be part of a pointless meeting where thousands of people from various sectors are told to make contributions on the budget in a short space of time. He said the pitso is like the kgotla consultative meetings that government uses to consult people, where certain individuals whose view is preferred, are the only ones given an opportunity to contribute whilst others are left out.
"That is not how government should consult us. We have forums where the government can come and consult us.
